To accompany meals

Tonic, energising, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, hypoglycaemic


Drinks to accompany meals (breakfast +/- lunch +/- dinner)


Heat 400 ml of water and turn off before it boils. Put the tip of a teaspoon of turmeric powder + the tip of a teaspoon of cinnamon powder + a pinch of chilli powder in a cup. Pour over the hot water, stir well and sip. Do not add any sweeteners.

You can replace the chilli with ginger powder. The spices must not cook.
