Born in Milan. Graduated with honours in Medicine and Surgery in 2000 in Milan. Specialised, again with honours, in Food Science in 2004 in Milan. Former specialist physician at San Raffaele Hospital in Milan. Researcher in dietary intervention studies at the National Institute of Tumours until 2008. Freelance dietician at the Artemedica Centre for Integrated Medicine in Milan.
Expert in vegetarian, vegan, macrobiotic and raw food and in nutritional therapy for cancer patients. Member of the Scientific Medical Committee of the Italian Vegan Association (ASSOVEGAN) and of the Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification (ICEA). Lecturer in Clinical Nutrition in courses on Nutrition and Wellbeing organised by the Lombardy Region and the Province of Milan. Author of the book ‘Buono Sano Vegano’, Il Pensiero Scientifico Editore.
