It is possible to prepare health foods enriched with active plant ingredients, which can be called superfoods. The project stems from a research idea of the Italian Society of Natural Medicine (SIMN) to create, on a strictly scientific basis, products in mixes of exclusively vegetable derivation, not tested on animals and with a strong innovative character, to be added to foods, solid or liquid, to significantly improve their health potential.
We would like to create the prerequisites for the preparation of a new food category capable of rehabilitating foods that are under discussion in terms of health and introducing new natural ingredients capable of improving the nutritional efficacy of conventional industrial and artisanal food products.
